Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

All tours are guaranteed to operate on a minimum of two persons traveling together. We restrict the maximum number of persons to sixteen, traveling together from one destination to another, in order to facilitate personalized services and attention.

Does not include

 

Domestic & International air tickets, Airport taxes and excess baggage charges, Insurances, Medical Immunizations, Room Services, Laundry Charges, Beverages, Personal Telephone Calls, All other items of Personal Nature, and also in the Adventure Programs: Mess tent, Sleeping Bags, Rucksacks, Personal Climbing/ Hiking Gear and Personal Clothing, Helicopter Rescue.

 

INSURANCE
For your own protection, we recommend that you purchase adequate trip cancellation, medical, baggage, accident and other personal effects insurance.

 

CHANGES TO THE ITINERARY

We have made all attempts to make these programs as accurate as possible. However, in circumstances beyond our control, changes may occur. We therefore reserve the right to change itinerary, carriers and substitute hotels where necessary. We guarantee that where possible, establishments of similar category and standards will be used.

 

FLIGHTS SUBJECT TO WEATHER

All Northern Area flights in Pakistan are subject to weather & back load conditions and thus operate on an ad hoc basis. Should the reserved flight not operate on the day scheduled as per the itinerary, alternative surface transportation will be arranged. If any additional costs are involved due to this change, these will have to be paid by the clients.

 

RESPONSIBILITY
Pakistan Tours Limited shall assume no responsibility in any way in connection to or with any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, cancellation or delay through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of the tours. No responsibility is assumed for any additional expenses due to delay, omissions, re-routing, changes in schedule or visa rules, other events resulting from improper health certificates or travel documents or as acts of government or authority or any local conditions such as weather, seasonal variation, labour strikes, civil disturbances, political unrest and Natural disasters.
